Mane
Third-party services used by Mane
Mane is self-custodial wallet software published by Kit Capital, Inc. Keys are generated and stored only on the device. Kit Capital cannot move funds or act on the user's behalf. Mane has no user accounts. Creating a wallet generates a recovery phrase and keys on your device only; nothing is registered with Kit Capital or any server.
When you swap or use AnyPay, LeoKit, a routing API operated by Kit Capital, Inc., requests quotes from the services listed below and returns the quote, a deposit address and status information to Mane. Execution is performed by those services under their own terms. Kit Capital operates none of them, never executes a swap itself, and never takes custody of funds. This page is the reference for the Mane Wallet Terms of Use.

What a swap or AnyPay request shares
A request reaches the executing service only after you review the quote in Mane. It contains what the service needs to perform the swap and nothing else:
- the source and destination assets and networks, and the amounts;
- the provider's deposit address, your destination address and a refund address you control;
- the signed public transaction after you approve it, and the public transaction or order identifiers needed to track status;
- ordinary request metadata such as the requesting IP address.
Recovery phrases, private keys, PINs and decrypted signing material never leave your device and are never sent to LeoKit, Kit Capital or any provider.
Services that execute swaps and AnyPay
Swap and AnyPay quotes are aggregated by LeoKit and executed by independent third-party services — NEAR Intents, THORChain, Maya Protocol, Chainflip, Relay, Rango, ChangeNOW — under each provider's terms. Transactions are final and are not refundable by Kit Capital.

Model. “Decentralized protocol” means settlement happens on-chain through a network of validators, nodes or solvers with no operator holding your funds. “Aggregator” means the service selects and fills a route across other venues through its public API. “Instant exchange” is the industry term for a third-party service that receives the input asset at its own deposit address and sends the output asset to the destination address you chose; it may apply identity verification under its own policies. In every case, Mane only builds and signs the transfer from your wallet to the deposit address returned in the quote.
Routing

Market data
Prices and charts in Mane come from CoinGecko (Gecko Labs Pte. Ltd.) through its public API (docs.coingecko.com; terms at www.coingecko.com/en/terms). Prices and charts only. Receives asset identifiers and the requesting IP address; never addresses or transactions.
Summary
Mane connects to 7 independent services for swaps and AnyPay, one routing API operated by Kit Capital for quotes, and one market-data provider. None of them holds an account for you. Kit Capital is not an exchange, broker, dealer, money transmitter or money services business, and Mane is unhosted-wallet software as described in FinCEN guidance FIN-2019-G001 §4.2.1.
